「鱼相忘乎江湖」是庄子最富哲理的寓言之一。泉水干涸，鱼儿困在陆地上，互相用湿气和唾沫滋润对方——这固然感人，但庄子说：不如在江湖中互相忘掉。这并非冷漠无情，而是说：最好的关系不是患难中的相互依赖，而是各自在广阔天地中自由自在，无需牵挂。
When the spring dries up, fish stranded on land moisten each other — touching, but Zhuangzi says: better to forget each other in rivers and lakes. Not coldness, but: the best relationship is not mutual dependence in hardship, but each being free in the vast world.
