诸葛亮「理」极高——治蜀井井有条;「备」极深——未出茅庐已知三分;「果」极强——六出祁山知其不可为而为之;「约」极明——刑法虽峻而无怨者。唯独「戒」不足——事必躬亲,不培养接班人,最终星落五丈原。司马懿五慎皆备,但「戒」成「诈」——装病、示弱、潜伏,最终代魏建晋。吴子五慎,本是正道修养,但若「戒」失其度,则成权谋。
Zhuge Liang excelled at Organization, Preparation, Resolution, and Simplicity. Yet he lacked Caution against overwork — managing every detail, failing to cultivate successors. He died at Wuzhang Plains. Sima Yi possessed all five, but his Caution became cunning until he usurped Wei to establish Jin. Wu Zi's Five Cautions are virtues, yet when Caution loses its measure, it becomes intrigue.
