「因材施教」是孔子最重要的教学方法论。孔子对不同的学生用不同的方法——同一个问题「仁」是什么，对不同学生的回答完全不同，因为每个学生的境界和需求不同。
'Teach according to the student's ability' — Confucius used different methods for different students. The same question about 'benevolence' received different answers because each student's level and needs were different.
