Pengzu: Secrets of Longevity
八百岁 · 养生之道
彭祖活了八百岁,历尧舜禹夏商周。世人问其长寿秘诀,他答:不过是不思虑、不营求、顺天地之和而已。
Pengzu lived 800 years, spanning the reigns of Yao, Shun, Yu, Xia, Shang, and Zhou. When asked his secret, he said: simply do not overthink, do not chase, and follow the harmony of heaven and earth.
